Someone recently asked on the official Diablo 3 Forums if the designers came up with the character skill based builds for Diablo 3 (ie, similar to: the Bowazon, Bone necro, Hammerdin builds of Diablo 2). Bashiok (blizzard's blue public relations poster) replied:
